Facebook Live and Periscope have become a way for anyone to be a reporter or even a weatherman, but one wannabe meteorologist in Phoenix got a little more than he bargained for.
The man was streaming a thunderstorm on Periscope and describing the rain when a bolt of lightning struck so close to him he dropped his phone. However, much like a professional weatherman might do, the guy just moved to a safer place and continued his “report.”
