The Texan apparently spent two days standing under a loose sign at Walmart with one hope – it’ll fall and hit him on the head.
The bizarre goal was supposedly part of a hair-brained scheme to build a case to sue the supermarket giant, according to Global News.
Unfortunately, for him the dangling sign remained fastened to the wall.
Whether he was being serious is certainly open to debate, but a picture he posted on his Facebook about the audacious – and, let’s face it, dangerous – plot has been shared tens of thousands of times.
